Deconstructed Cheesecake

Approximately 20 units (each bar provides 3 servings)

Ingredients:

• 200ml sweetened vegetable cream (“SchlagFix”)
• 250g mascarpone cream (“SchlagFix”)
• 320g oat condensed milk
• Dried fruit bar (cashews and cranberries)
• Coconut salted caramel

Preparation:

• Mix the vegetable cream with the mascarpone and beat until firm.
• Add the oat condensed milk and beat again until well combined.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Crush the nut bar.

Suggested presentation:

• Place a tablespoon of the crushed bar on the base, 1 scoop of cheesecake mix on top or to the side, topped with salted coconut caramel.
