·         Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

·         Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

·         Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the actual product.

·         We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Ordering Process

·         Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

·         After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

·         We reserve the right to cancel orders in justified cases (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues).

5. Payment

We accept payments via Multibanco, MB WAY, and credit/debit card.

All payments are processed securely through certified providers.

6. Delivery

·         Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

·         Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
