1. Delivery Areas & Shipping Costs

We currently deliver to mainland Portugal.

·         Free shipping for orders over €30 (mainland Portugal).

·         For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after payment confirmation:

·         Mainland Portugal:

o   Urban areas: 2–3 business days

o   Rural areas: up to 4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods).

3. Order Processing

·         Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

·         Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.

5. Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order and you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

·         Tracking availability and updates depend on the carrier used and may vary accordingly.

·         Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Delivery Conditions

·         Deliveries are made on business days, typically between 9:00 and 18:00.

·         If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically attempt to contact the customer directly using the contact details provided.

·         Further delivery arrangements (such as redelivery or collection options) will be managed by the carrier and may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.

·         While we may assist when possible, Reymon, LDA is not responsible for delivery arrangements once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Delivery Issues

Order not received:
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at: encomendas@evervegan.pt

Damaged or incorrect products:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible and, where applicable, include photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Liability

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the logistics provider.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
