Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we are informed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

·         Unopened

·         In its original, undamaged packaging

·         Properly protected

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

·         Perishable goods

·         Sealed goods once opened

·         Customised products

2.    Receive return instructions

6. Return Costs

·         Customer bears return costs (unless defective or incorrect product) 

7. Refunds

·         Processed within 14 days from withdrawal notification

·         Same payment method used

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

·         Full refund or replacement

·         Return costs covered by Reymon, LDA

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers should return the item and place a new order.

10. Delivery-related issues

If the product is not delivered within a reasonable time or arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer is entitled to contact us to request a resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
